Clemència Peris offers a 2-year guarantee on all its products from the moment of purchase. This warranty covers all repairs caused by any defect in the manufacture of the product.

Exchanges and Returns policy

Our enthusiasm is based on the satisfaction of our clients. For this reason, the customer has the right to exchange or return the order within a period of less than 15 calendar days from its delivery.

In the case of personalized products or products that have inscriptions requested at the time of purchase; no changes or returns will be accepted.

How can I track an order?

To know the status of your order in real time, you can send us an email to customeratt@clemenciaperis.com so that our team can inform you.

Likewise, when the order leaves our workshop to your home, we will send you an email with the tracking number of the transport company. This way, you will know at all times when the delivery will be made.

I have just placed an order, can I cancel or modify it?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to change it before delivery.

Contact the customer service team immediately, who will do everything possible to satisfy your request. However, we cannot promise you that you can cancel the delivery if you have already received an email confirmation telling you that your order has already been sent.

Comments, suggestions, complaints and claims

Your comments and suggestions will be well received. Exchanges and returns policy

Right of withdrawal

The customer who acts as a consumer and user has the right to exchange or return the order within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To make an exchange or return, the customer must fill in the following contract and send it by post or mail to:

In no case will refunds that do not conform to the procedure and channels marked by the company be accepted.

The user will not have the right to withdraw from special or personalized orders, nor that they have requested registrations at the time of purchase.

Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

Returns of products that have been manipulated, that present signs of use or to which the security seals have been removed will not be accepted.

It is essential that the products to be returned preserve the original packaging (box, documentation, accessories…).

Once Clemència Peris notifies that the returned products comply with the requirements of authenticity and status required, the reimbursement of the payment will be made using the same method in which it made the purchase and within a period of less than 15 working days.

In the case of faulty items due to a manufacturing problem, clemència peris will replace the article with a new one of identical characteristics.
