Return policy

Right of cancellation

The customer acting as consumer and user has the right to make the return of the order within less than 15 calendar days from its delivery.

To make a return, the client must complete the following contract and send it to Clemència Peris.

We will not accept returns that do not use the procedure and means we have specified.

You cannot return custom-made and/or personalised products.

We do not refund delivery and return charges.

We do not accept returns of products that have been handled or used or whose security seals have been removed.

You must return items in their original packaging (box, documentation, accessories, etc.).

Once Clemència Peris checked that the returned products meet authenticity and condition requirements, we will give you a refund within 15 working days using the same method in which you made your purchase.

In the case of defective articles due to a manufacturing defect, Clemència Peris will replace the article with a new one of identical characteristics.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, we do not want to send you something that does not fit perfectly. Check the size chart that appears on the product page. You will find all the information necessary to ensure that our product will fit perfectly and will look great on you.
